REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are a small team and all our products are made to order. If you made a mistake with your order and wish to cancel it, you have 24 hours from time order was placed to cancel your order for Full Refund, after the 24-hr period your order will be booked and processed and it can’t be cancelled.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges but may be able to work out another solution. If you are not 100% happy with your order, drop us a line at Sales@BathBubblz.com and we'll do our best to help.
